Step-by-step for the six things people actually contact us about. Written for this site specifically, not generic sweepstakes advice.

Creating your account

  1. 1Open the registration page and enter your email, a username and a password of at least 10 characters.
  2. 2Enter your date of birth — you must be 18 or older — and select your state.
  3. 3If a friend gave you a referral code, enter it now. It cannot be added later.
  4. 4Submit. Your free 10 SC and 5,000 GC are credited immediately.

Getting on a game system

  1. 1Open the page for the system you want from the Game Systems list.
  2. 2Press "Request access". You must be signed in.
  3. 3We create the account on that platform for you — none of them allow public self-registration.
  4. 4Your credentials appear under Profile in your account area. We never send them by chat.

Buying coins

  1. 1Go to Buy Coins and choose a package. You are buying Game Coins; Sweeps Coins are included free.
  2. 2Choose a payment method and submit. The request appears in your transactions straight away.
  3. 3Send the payment as directed by support.
  4. 4An operator confirms it landed and credits your balance. It is not automatic — that is deliberate.

Redeeming prizes

  1. 1Complete identity verification once, under Verification in your account.
  2. 2Go to Redeem and enter an amount between 30 and 500 SC.
  3. 3The coins are held immediately so the same balance cannot be requested twice.
  4. 4A person reviews it. If declined, the coins return to your balance in full and you see why.

Identity verification

  1. 1Open Verification in your account area.
  2. 2Choose a document type — driver's licence, state ID or passport — and enter the document number.
  3. 3Submit. Your status changes to pending.
  4. 4An operator reviews it. Approved unlocks redemptions; rejected shows the reason so you can resubmit.

Refer and earn

  1. 1Open Refer & Earn in your account and copy your link or code.
  2. 2Your friend enters the code when they register — it cannot be applied afterwards.
  3. 3They receive their bonus on signup.
  4. 4You receive yours once they have made a qualifying purchase and played at least once.
