Responsible Play
Last updated
This is meant to be entertainment. For a small number of people it stops being that, and the warning signs are worth knowing before you are the person showing them.
Signs worth taking seriously
Playing longer or spending more than you planned, repeatedly. Playing to win back losses. Hiding how much you play from people close to you. Borrowing money to play. Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you are not playing. Playing instead of doing things you had committed to.
One of these on its own is not a diagnosis. Several of them together is worth acting on.
What we can do for you
Contact support@example.com and we can set a deposit limit on your account, apply a cooling-off period, or close your account permanently.
A permanent self-exclusion is exactly that — we will not reopen the account, and we will not send you marketing.
We will act on any of these requests without arguing with you about it.
Where to get independent help
National Problem Gambling Helpline: 1-800-GAMBLER — free, confidential, 24/7. Text or chat options are available.
Gamblers Anonymous runs free in-person and online meetings. Gam-Anon supports family members.
These are independent of us. We would rather you used them than kept playing.
Protecting people under 18
Accounts are restricted to 18+ and we verify identity before any redemption. If you share a device, use device-level parental controls and do not save your password in a shared browser.
